The opening portion of the film identifies a tear-out phase and shows open floor areas with exposed interior framing and construction materials. Later views show wall surfaces and openings taking shape within the existing building.
These scenes give an owner more context than a finished-room photograph alone: the renovation involved an interior construction stage before the spaces could receive their completed finishes. The existing building shell remains visible as the interior progresses.
Flooring and the finish stage
A later portion of the film is labeled flooring and cabinets. It shows a broad finished floor area, followed by views of completed wall surfaces, door openings and interior spaces. The visible floor has a wood-look appearance; the film does not identify its product or manufacturer.
