Public-facility work with a clearly defined scope
Public projects require a coordinated approach to the physical work and the agency’s procurement requirements. We review the bid documents, existing conditions, drawings, addenda and requested schedule to identify the scope and the information needed to price it.
Qualified scopes include facility renovations, interior improvements, concrete and associated site work, and focused repair packages. Project eligibility and requirements are reviewed for each solicitation under Florida Certified Building Contractor license CBC1265998.
Documented stadium construction experience
Our Raymond James Stadium project gallery documents interior excavation, below-slab plumbing rough-in, reinforcement and vapor barrier installation, slab preparation, concrete placement and tile finishes. The case study connects those images to the construction stages they show.
Plan access and sequencing around the facility
An active public venue or facility can have access restrictions, operating schedules and requirements for protecting existing spaces. Before scheduling work, the project team needs to identify work areas, delivery access, shutdown constraints and points of coordination with facility staff.
The construction plan should separate activities that depend on one another. Below-slab work, for example, needs to be coordinated before restoration of the slab and installation of finishes. Identifying those dependencies early helps agencies compare complete scopes rather than isolated trade prices.
Include documentation and closeout in the proposal
Send the solicitation number, bid deadline, plans, specifications, addenda, pre-bid requirements and agency contact information. Identify required forms, insurance, bonding, submittals, inspections and closeout deliverables so the proposal can address the actual contract requirements.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other regulated specialty work is performed by appropriately licensed subcontractors when required. We review trade responsibilities and scope boundaries before confirming the construction approach.
Community-facility renovation experience
The Boys & Girls Club Fort Myers project film provides an additional institutional renovation example. It documents tear-out, interior construction, flooring and the finished activity spaces. Review the case study when considering a comparable interior improvement project.
